MXDN which is short for MxDonna is an amazing fashion label that emerged this year and created an extrodinary buzz across Nigeria with their debut collection. The label was officially launched on the 15th of April 2016 by a Nigerian designer Cynthia Madonna orji.The debut collection was titled theNechéndo collection.
The brand launches their spring/summer collection with the theme NOIR few weeks after showcasing on Accra Fashion Week.
Noir which means Black is the motivation behind the new collection, how black brings fullness and depth into every colour. Black has to be mixed with any colour to create something real, the collection shows the representation of the colour black: “Black is authoritative, powerful, evokes strong emotions, Black represents power, sophistication, elegance, formality, mystery and the unknown.
